Check out is 11:00 AM. If you need a later check out, please make arrangements in advance. (Late check out will be subject to a fee.)

All room rates are based on two-persons per room.

Smoking is not allowed in the Inn or guest rooms. The owner has a severe allergy to smoke and cannot be exposed to it. A charge of $500.00 will be added to your bill automatically to take care of cleaning.

No pets allowed. If you need help finding a place for your pet please let us know.

A deposit equal to 50% of your stay is required, to make reservations.  Packages and tax will be included as apart of this deposit on your credit card. We do accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover Card.

If a reservation is canceled less than 14-days prior to arrival, you are responsible for all room and package charges unless the room can be re-rented for the entire reservation.

All cancellations subject to a $25.00 processing fee, regardless of when the reservation is made.

No calls and no shows are billed for 100% of their stay. This will include all package rates.
