Policies

Check in is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please make arrangements in advance if your check in will be any later.

Check out is 11:00 AM. If you need a later check out, please make arrangements in advance. (Late check out will be subject to a fee.)

All room rates are based on two-persons per room.

Smoking is not allowed in the Inn or guest rooms. The owner has a severe allergy to smoke and cannot be exposed to it. A charge of $300.00 will be added to your bill automatically to take care of cleaning.

No pets allowed. If you need help finding a place for your pet please let us know.

A deposit equal to 50% of your stay with your package including tax charged to your credit card is required to make a reservation.

If a reservation is canceled less than 14-days prior to arrival, you are responsible for all room and package charges unless the room can be re-rented for the entire reservation.

All cancellations subject to a $25.00 processing fee, regardless of when the reservation is made.

No calls and no shows are billed for 100% of their stay. This will include all package rates.
